Joshua A. Trott

Joshua A. Trott is a 2018 graduate of SUNY Oneonta. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in History where he received the Achievement in History Award for his Internship in Law. Joshua graduated cum laude in 2023 from Albany Law School where he received a JD. At Albany Law School he was on the Dean's List from 2021-2023 and received the Dean's Scholarship. He is a member of Albany Law School's Justinian Society. 

While attending law school, Joshua pursued multiple employment opportunities, working at a capital region law firm and our own law firm Thorn Gershon Tymann & Bonanni, LLP. In addition to this employment Joshua worked as a student intern in the Edward P. Swyer Justice Center's Health Law Clinic, admitted to practice under the Student Practice Rule, providing legal services to impoverished individuals in the Capital Region living with chronic or terminal health conditions. 

Upon graduation from law school, Joshua joined our law firm full time and is currently concentrating his practice in civil litigation with a focus on medical malpractice defense and personal injury defense.
