In 1988 the four original partners, Richard, Arthur,
Jeff, and Maureen, all seasoned litigators, left their
partnerships with other Albany area defense firms to
create a firm dedicated to the cost-effective litigation
of complex civil trials and appeals in New York State
and New England. Since that time, the firm has served
as trial, appellate, managing, and coordinating counsel
for a number of clients throughout that geographic area.
To more effectively manage the practice and represent their clients, the partners opened an office in Saratoga Springs, NY in 1997.
