Gregory J. Rodriguez

Greg Rodriguez is a graduate of Siena College where he earned a B.S. in marketing and management. He received his J.D. from the Claude W. Pettit College of Law of Ohio Northern University in 1993, where he was an Associate Justice of the Moot Court Executive Board. He was elected a member of the Order of the Barristers in May, 1993. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York, State of New Jersey, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York.

Greg has experience in the areas of Products Liability, Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury and Employment Law. As an Assistant Attorney General for the New York State Office of the Attorney General, Greg defended Title VII employment discrimination cases and cases brought under the Americans with Disabilities Act. He has defended state agencies and employees in state and federal court civil litigation, including civil rights cases under Section 1983 and served as trial counsel in federal court.

Greg is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Capital District Trial Lawyers Association, and Saratoga County Bar Association.
